WORKING PRINCIPLE:

• You only need to fill the upper hopper and start the machine.
• The Plexiglas bean hopper is filled with coffee beans.
• The desired grind size can be adjusted with the adjustment lever on the front panel.
• The ground coffee falls into the container under the grinder.
• As the grinder heats up, it serves as a kind of roaster. It must be noted that Turkish coffee darkens and loses its flavor when the temperature exceeds the range of 50-60 degrees. Therefore, our machine works most efficiently when it is used in line with the principle “use for 5 minutes- let it rest for 10 minutes.”
